Dwane Brosseau, President & CFO & Director

Dwane Brosseau is the founder of Orient Venture Capital I and II Inc. and has been an advisor of Asia Select Investment Fund since 2005.Mr. Brosseau is the Manager of Investor Relations for Currie Rose Resources Inc. (CUI-TSXV) and a Director for Rolling Rock Resources Corp. (RLL-TSXV). He was one of the original principals in creating the Capital Pool Company that has evolved into Rolling Rock Resources Corp. He is actively involved in the investment activities and market awareness of these two public resource companies. Mr. Brosseau has over 13 years of financing experience in venture capital, institutional investing and wealth management. During that time he has worked closely with private high-net worth individuals and institutional investors in North America.

Mr. Brosseau has been a director of Rolling Rock Resources (listed on the TSX Venture Exchange) since its incorporation. Since January 2005, he has been Manager Investor Relations of Currie Rose Resources Inc. ( a mineral exploration and development company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange). From December 2003 to December 2004, Mr. Brosseau was Manager of Investor Relations of Everton Resources Inc., a mineral exploration and development company; and from December 2002 to December 2003, he was President and CEO of Everton Resources Inc.( listed on the TSX Venture Exchange). From November 1999 to August 2002, Mr. Brosseau was the Regional Manager of Merrill Lynch Asset Management , Vancouver, BC operation. From 1993 to 1999, Mr. Brosseau was a financial advisor at RBC Dominion Securities Inc. Mr. Brosseau has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from St. Mary’s University in Halifax.

Min Kuang, CEO & Director

Ms. Kuang is a founder and chief executive officer of Asia Select Asset Management Inc. in Canada and the President of Asia Select Asset Management Limited in Hong Kong, and the CEO of Asia Select Investment Fund Inc., a private equity firm established in April 2007, where she is responsible for equity investments, merger & acquisition transactions, taking companies public and fund performance in Canada, U.S.A. and Greater China. Since 2006, Min has been a chief executive officer, shareholder and director of Orient Venture Capital Inc. (TSX-V: OVC.P) and a shareholder and director of Orient Venture Capital II Inc. (TSX-V: OVV.P), which are capital pool companies formed to identify, evaluate and acquire the assets of companies with a focus on the clean tech and renewable energy sectors. Ms. Kuang is also the CFO and COO of Asia Select Acquisition I Corp. (U.S. SPAC). From December 2001 to April 2007, Ms. Kuang was the chief executive officer of Orient Venture Ltd., an investment advisory and consulting firm with offices in Canada and China specializing in assisting management in analyzing international mergers & acquisitions and strategic alternatives to private and public companies in Canada and China.

From 1996 to 2006, she invested in and managed several start-up technology companies in the electronics, communications and healthcare sectors including Andis (China) Electronic Inc., Kingsway (China) Communications Inc., N2 Natural Health (Canada) and Joymain (Canada) Technologies Inc. She also worked with some of the world's most respected names in building automation equipment such as Chubb, Cerberus, Alcatel, and Siemens from 1994 to 2000.

Min received a masters degree of business administration from Lawrence Technology University in Michigan, U.S.A. and a B.A. degree from China.

Ian McDougall, Director

Ian McDougall is the founder of Orient Venture Capital I and II Inc. and has been an advisor of Asia Select Investment Fund since 2005.Mr. McDougall has been involved in the medical device sector in Vancouver BC since 1996 and has co-founded several device companies and has evolved several products from the concept stage through all development to eventual worldwide distribution. Mr. McDougall holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Mr. McDougall is co-founder and currently Chief Operations Officer for Evasc Medical Systems, also Mr. McDougall is co-founder and Chief Technology Officer for ECS Neurovascular. Both companies are subsidiaries of Evysio Medical and both are privately held companies in Vancouver British Columbia.

Mr. McDougall also co-founded Angiometrx in 2001 which has been focused on the development and commercialization of the Metricath System. Angiometrx developed the Metricath product concept and overcame commercialization and regulatory hurdles so that Metricath is currently being sold and used throughout the world. Angiometrx was acquired in 2003 by Medical Ventures Corp (MEV on the Toronto Stock Exchange). Mr. McDougall continues to advise and consult to Medical Ventures.

In 2005, Mr. McDougall was recognized as one of the top 40 business people under 40 years of age in British Columbia (top 40 under 40) by the journal Business in Vancouver.

Bernard Armani, Director

Bernard Armani holds the position of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Capital 21 Holdings. Capital 21 Holdings is focused on developing and investing in new biotech technologies, with its current investment portfolio consisting of Dermamed Pharmaceutical Inc., InterGlobal Consulting, InterGenomic Sciences Corporation, Eidam Diagnostics Corporation, Panacea Preventative Medicine Clinic & Research Centers, and Pharmaglyph Corporation. Mr. Armani was also a founder of bioLytical Laboratories, where he managed the company through successful clinical trials of its flagship HIV rapid diagnostic product, and later its sale and ownership transaction worth over tenfold of the original investment within a 3-year period.

As the founder and CEO of Eidam Diagnostics Corporation, Bernard Armani has developed a revolutionary diagnostic tool, called CRT 2000, for preventative healthcare, and drew on a proprietary database created from patient profile readings spanning 25 years. It is the only contact thermography device in the world, and has obtained both CE and US FDA approval.

Bernard has an extensive background in botanical extraction and oncology, bringing more than 26 years of experience in the natural health industry in Germany and Switzerland as well as project financing and business development expertise to his partners in North America, Asia, and Europe.

In 2005, he received the prestigious Entrepreneur of the Year award from the Richmond Chamber of Commerce (Richmond, British Columbia).

R.S. (Rob) Doman, Director

Rob Doman is the founder of Orient Venture Capital II Inc. and has been an advisor of Asia Select Investment Fund since 2007. Doman is a lawyer and the president and CEO of Waterstone Partners Inc., a private consulting corporation providing business, corporate finance, strategic advisory services, including involvement with cross border transactions involving Asia and North America. Mr. Doman specializes in securities and corporate finance, and also assists in structuring international and cross-border transactions to assist domestic and foreign companies and investors with the expertise they require, as well as Canadian companies expanding into foreign markets. Mr. Doman works across a broad range of key practice areas, including public and private mergers and acquisitions, private equity/venture capital, securities, corporate finance, banking and project finance. Prior to forming Waterstone Partners, Mr. Doman specialized in corporate finance and securities law in Vancouver and practiced most recently as a securities lawyer in the corporate, commercial department at Davis LLP from 2002 to 2004, prior to which (1998 – 2002) he practiced at a corporate finance law boutique (Reid & Company) which was acquired by Davis LLP in 2002.

Mr. Doman obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) degree in 1990 and a Masters of Business Administration in 1992 from the University of British Columbia and his Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Victoria in 1995. He was called to the British Columbia Bar in 1996 and is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia.Mr.

Doman is currently the Corporate Secretary of CanWel Building Materials Income Fund.  The Fund trades on the Toronto Stock Exchange is one of Canada’s largest national distributors in the building materials and related products sector, operating 17 distribution centres across Canada with revenues of approximately $900 million. The Fund distributes a wide range of hardware, building materials, lumber and renovation products. Mr. Doman is a member of the board of directors of CanWel Building Materials Ltd.(formerly listed on TSX), CanWel Hardware Inc. (formerly listed on TSX) and other subsidiaries of the Fund.  Mr. Doman is also a director of Orient Venture Capital II Inc., which trades on the TSX Venture exchange.

Qing Wu, Director

Since June 1996, Mr. Wu has served as vice president of Beijing Polo Group of China where he has been involved with strategic business planning, financial management, and team building, as well as establishing the overall research and development as well as production direction at Beijing Polo Group.  Mr. Wu is a member of the Beijing Young Entrepreneurs' Association and the Beijing Federation of Industry and Commerce, the Vice President of the Beijing Youth Federation, a representative of the Beijing Political Consulative Committee and a director of the Canada-China Business Association.  Mr. Wu is one of the founding partners of Decourcy Capital Corp. (TSX-V) and the President and CEO of Rainbow Trend, a biotech company which has been done a reverse merger with AMICUS Corp.which is a Canadian based CPC company listed on TSX-V.  Mr. Wu received a B.A. from the Hebei Agriculture University in Baoding, Hebei, China and a M.B.A. from the Regis University, Denver, Colorado, U.S.A.. He is also a Senior Economist.
